We set it up to answer from your content and to say it does not know and offer a human hand-off when it is unsure. No chatbot is perfect, so we test it on your real questions and give you a log to review.
What are the running costs?
The AI usage fee depends on traffic, and for most small sites is small. We estimate it upfront; you can pay it directly or include it in a monthly plan.
What about customer privacy?
