Four simple steps
Request the service, we confirm scope and price in writing, you pay securely online (card via Stripe, or invoice for UK/EU businesses), and we start. If it turns out we cannot deliver what you need, you do not pay.

Describe the problem or change, and give us access to the site or repository.
Fixed quote
We confirm it fits one ticket, or tell you honestly how many it needs.
We do it
Work is done on a staging copy where possible, then released with your go-ahead.

You get a short note of what changed, so nothing is a mystery later.
Common questions
What counts as one ticket?
A well-defined task that takes us roughly up to two hours. Bigger jobs are quoted separately or split into several tickets, always agreed in advance.
Is it safe to give you access?
We ask for the minimum access needed, work on a copy where possible, and you can revoke access at any time.
Can you take on ongoing maintenance?
Yes. If tickets turn into a regular need, we offer a monthly maintenance plan.
